We are seeking a Band 7 Team Lead / Intensive Support Practitioner to join our Neighbourhood Mental Health Teams in East Sussex. This is an exciting opportunity to lead our community transformation changes, working closely with multi-disciplinary professionals to provide assessment, treatment, and interventions.
Key Responsibilities- Lead a team of professionals in providing intensive support and treatment to patients in their home setting
- Develop and implement community transformation plans, working closely with local service providers
- Collaborate with local clinical and professional supervision, regular training, and personal development opportunities
We offer a competitive salary of £65,000 - £85,000 per annum, depending on experience. You will also receive a range of benefits, including access to local clinical and professional supervision, regular training, and personal development opportunities.
