Job Description: As a Therapeutic Manager for Young People, you will be responsible for leading a team of childcare professionals to provide high-quality care and support to young people. You will develop and implement effective care plans to meet the needs of each child and maintain a safe and nurturing environment for all residents.

  • Requirements:
  • Minimum 5 years' experience in Residential Childcare and working with young people.
  • Valid driving licence.
