We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Night Care and Support Worker to join our team at our Hailsham care home, which specialises in person-centred care for individuals with complex needs and autism.

The ideal candidate will have experience in supporting people with autism and complex needs or have worked in a similar role. They must be an effective communicator, committed to delivering high-quality care and sensitive to the needs of individuals with complex needs.

The successful candidate will work on a rota that primarily suits the service user we support 24/7, working 50 hours per week (2 nights per week), with set shifts on Thursdays and Fridays.

In this role, you will take responsibility for providing a customised, responsive, and high-quality service to a person with Autism and sensory needs.

  • You will receive £17.58 per hour for any overtime
  • The equivalent of at least 11 days holiday (including Bank holidays)
