Job Description:
Academics Ltd is seeking a Behaviour Mentor to join our team. This position is ideal for individuals with experience in SEN, psychology, criminology, or sociology, or those aspiring to become Youth Workers, Probation/Prison Officers, Criminal Psychologists, Occupational Therapists, or SEN Teachers.
We are looking for someone who is passionate about making a difference in the lives of children and is keen to gain experience working with children who have Special Educational Needs (SEN).
Responsibilities:
- Provide emotional and practical support to children with complex needs
- Develop and implement individualized plans to meet each child's unique requirements
- Collaborate with colleagues to ensure comprehensive support and care
- Maintain accurate records and reports
Requirements:
- Relevant qualifications or experience in SEN, psychology, criminology, or sociology
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Able to work effectively in a team environment
- Flexibility and adaptability to meet changing needs
