About the Role

As a Behaviour Mentor, you will work closely with the teaching staff and therapists to deliver specific interventions that aim to boost students' learning, development, and well-being. The ideal candidate will have experience in SEN and a passion for supporting children who have come from hardship.

Responsibilities and Requirements

The responsibilities of this role include providing behaviour and pastoral support to students, taking an active role in forward planning with therapists, and developing strong and positive relationships with children. To be successful in this role, you should have a degree in psychology, criminology, or sociology, and/or career aspirations to become a Youth Worker, Probation/Prison Officer, Criminal Psychologist, Occupational Therapist, or SEN Teacher.
