An exciting opportunity has arisen for an individual to join our Night Support Team at our Hailsham home, where they will work closely with residents who require Complex Needs support. Our facility focuses on person-centered care for individuals with learning difficulties and autism. We seek candidates with experience or understanding of supporting people with autism and complex needs, or those who have worked in similar roles. The ideal candidate will be an enthusiastic, effective communicator with high standards of care and sensitivity towards individuals with complex needs.

The successful applicant will primarily work on shifts organized around the 24/7 service user support plan. The position requires working 50 hours per week (2 nights per week) with set shifts on Thursdays and Fridays. Key responsibilities include taking ownership of actions, attitude, impact, and career development, as well as providing a customized, responsive, and high-quality service to individuals with Autism and sensory needs.
