Support Worker for Complex Needs

We are seeking an experienced Support Worker to join our team of dedicated professionals at our home in Hailsham. The successful candidate will work with residents who have Complex Needs, providing person-centred care in a supportive environment.
The ideal candidate will have experience and/or understanding of supporting individuals with autism and complex needs. They should be enthusiastic, effective communicators with high standards of care and a sensitivity to the needs of people with complex needs.
The role involves working primarily 50 hours per week, with a rota organised to suit the service user's needs, including 2 nights per week. Shifts will include Thursdays and Fridays.
Salary Information: £17.58 per hour for any overtime worked, equivalent of at least 11 days holiday (including Bank holidays) and double pay for working bank holidays.
