We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated individual to join our care team as a Care Assistant. As a valued member of our team, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality care and support to our residents. Your excellent communication skills and empathetic nature will ensure that each resident receives the personalized attention they deserve.

About the Role

As a Care Assistant at our care home, your responsibilities may include supporting residents with daily living tasks, such as bathing and dressing, as well as providing emotional support and companionship. You will work closely with our nursing team to develop and implement care plans tailored to the unique needs of each resident.

Requirements
  • Experience of caring for older adults
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • A can-do approach and willingness to learn
