Elderly Care Team Leader

Xealthcare Recruitment is currently seeking a compassionate and empathetic Care Team Leader to join their residential care home in East Sussex. This permanent, full-time position will involve leading and supervising a team of healthcare assistants to provide high-quality care and assistance to elderly residents.
About the RoleThe ideal candidate will have a genuine interest in the well-being of elderly individuals and be able to assist residents with personal care tasks such as bathing, dressing, and toileting.
Key Responsibilities- Lead and supervise a team of healthcare assistants and senior care assistants.
- Monitor and record residents' vital signs and report any changes to the nursing staff.
- Collaborate with the multidisciplinary team to ensure holistic care.
- Minimum NVQ Level 3 Health and Social Care required.
- Prior experience in a care setting or similar role preferred.
- Competitive hourly rate of £14-£15 per hour plus incentives.
