Compassionate Night Care Leader

About the Role
As a Senior Night Care Assistant at Crooton, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality care and support to our residents.
This role involves supervising a team of dedicated Care Assistants and supporting the clinical team in various aspects of care, including medication management, assessments, and care plans.
You will work closely with the Deputy General Manager to ensure that our residents receive the best possible care and attention.
About You
To be successful in this role, you will need to have an NVQ Level 3 or Advanced Diploma in Health & Social Care and specific knowledge of clinical care for the elderly.
You should be warm-hearted, compassionate, and committed to providing individualized care and support to our residents.
