Job Title: Care Assistant Team Leader

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Care Assistant Team Leader to join our team. As a Care Assistant Team Leader, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the highest standards of care are delivered to our residents.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supporting Care Assistants on shift to deliver high-quality care.
  • Allocating carers and managing rotas.
  • Providing guidance and support to new members of staff.
  • Developing relationships with relatives to understand their needs and preferences.

Requirements:
  • NVQ level 3 in Health and Social Care or working towards.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to lead and motivate a team.
  • Knowledge of health and safety procedures.
