Salary and Benefits
The estimated salary for this position is £25,000 - £35,000 per annum, depending on experience. We also offer a range of benefits, including flexible working hours and opportunities for career development.
Job Description
As a Shift Lead, you will be responsible for supporting the care team in their approach to providing quality care to our residents. This includes working alongside the care team, supporting external visits, and creating new care plans.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide quality care to residents
- Support the care team in their approach
- Assist with care planning and assessments
- Support external multi-disciplinary team visits
Requirements
- Medication training
- NVQ 3 in health and social care
Shift and Schedule
- 12-hour shifts
- 8am-8pm
- Rotational weekends
- Days only
Working Hours
- 36-48 hours per week
