Job Title: Senior Care Coordinator
We are currently seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Senior Care Coordinator to join our team at South Coast Nursing Homes Ltd. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic environment where you will be responsible for supporting Care Assistants on shift to ensure high-quality care delivery and team support.
About the Role:
- The successful candidate will be responsible for allocating carers, dispensing medication, and providing personal care, social interaction, and stimulation to residents.
- You will also be responsible for promoting independence and enablement, and providing support to residents where necessary.
Requirements:
- NVQ level 3 in Health and Social Care or working towards.
- Kind and caring with a positive approach.
- Energetic and hard-working.
- Passionate about offering superior services and making a difference.
- Team player.
