Rehabilitation Care Coordinator Opportunity

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Rehabilitation Care Coordinator to join our team at the Hellingly Centre.

In this role, you will work together with allied health professionals, service users, and their care teams to support effective communication and engagement in a range of meaningful activities.

You will contribute to holistic care plans, aid service users' journey through secure services, and assist in planning and delivering individual and group sessions across various domains.

Requirements
  • NVQ Level 3 Healthcare or equivalent in a subject relevant to the service area.
  • Experience of working with people with mental health difficulties.
  • Ability to supervise others.

Estimated salary: £22,000-£32,000 per annum depending on experience.
