Healthcare Services Coordinator

Barchester Healthcare invites applications from experienced healthcare professionals to fill the role of Healthcare Services Coordinator. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for coordinating the delivery of healthcare services across our care homes.
In this position, you'll work closely with registered nurses, support staff, and external partners to ensure seamless care delivery. Your strong organizational skills, combined with your clinical knowledge, will enable you to make a significant impact on resident outcomes.
To succeed in this role, you'll need to be a Registered Nurse (RGN) with a current NMC registration, possessing a strong understanding of recent clinical practices and regulatory frameworks. Your ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and maintain accurate records will be essential in achieving our goals.
