Care Team Leader Role Overview

Xealthcare Recruitment is seeking a dedicated and passionate Care Team Leader to join our team in Hailsham. The successful candidate will have a minimum of NVQ Level 3 Health and Social Care and prior experience in a care setting or similar role.

As a care team leader, you will lead and supervise a team of healthcare assistants to provide high-quality care and assistance to our clients' residents. You will oversee daily operations, coordinate care plans, and act as a point of contact for residents and their families.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Leading and supervising a team of healthcare assistants and senior care assistants.
  • Assisting residents with personal care, including bathing, dressing, and toileting.
  • Monitoring and recording residents' vital signs and reporting any changes to the nursing staff.
  • Collaborating effectively with the multidisciplinary team to ensure holistic care.
