We are seeking an Emergency Response Care Coordinator to join our team at EMED Group. This is a challenging and rewarding role that requires strong communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work flexibly and adapt to changing situations.

About the Role

As an Emergency Response Care Coordinator, you will be responsible for coordinating emergency responses and transporting patients to and from medical appointments and between healthcare facilities. You will work closely with other colleagues to ensure the safe and efficient delivery of patient care, and will be required to maintain a high level of physical fitness and have a full UK driving license with no more than 6 points.

Responsibilities

Requirements
  • Full UK driving license with 6 points or less
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Physical fitness and ability to lift and assist patients
  • Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and evenings
