Position Overview:

This permanent, full-time contract offers the opportunity to lead and supervise a team of healthcare assistants, ensuring the provision of high-quality care and assistance to our residents. With a competitive hourly rate of £14.00 per hour, this role is an excellent opportunity for a dedicated and passionate individual to make a positive impact on the well-being of our clients' residents.

Job Responsibilities:
  • Leading and supervising a team of healthcare assistants and senior care assistants.
  • Assisting residents with personal care, including bathing, dressing, and toileting.
  • Monitoring and recording residents' vital signs and reporting any changes to the nursing staff.
  • Collaborating effectively with the multidisciplinary team to ensure holistic care.
Requirements:
  • Minimum of NVQ Level 3 Health and Social Care required.
  • Prior experience in a care setting or similar role is preferred.
  • Compassionate and empathetic nature with a genuine interest in the well-being of elderly individuals.
