About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Youth Therapeutic Care Manager to join our team. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for ensuring that our residential homes provide high-quality care and support to our service users.
Job Description:
The Youth Therapeutic Care Manager will have overall responsibility for the day-to-day operation of one of our residential homes. You will work closely with our senior management team to develop and implement strategies to improve outcomes for our service users. Your main responsibilities will include:
- Ensuring that all aspects of the home's operation are running smoothly and efficiently
- Leading a team of staff to deliver high-quality care and support to our service users
- Developing and implementing individualised care plans for each service user
- Monitoring and evaluating the effectiveness of our care and support services
Salary and Benefits:
The salary for this role is £67,575-£70,725 per annum, plus a £7,000 bonus package. You will also receive a comprehensive benefits package, including generous holiday allowance, pension scheme, and opportunities for professional development.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A minimum of 5 years' experience in residential childcare or a related field
- A valid driving licence
- NVQ Level 3 in Children and Young People's Workforce or equivalent qualification
- LEVEL 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management for Residential Childcare (England)
- A proven track record of making a difference in the lives of children and young people
