Care Support Worker

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Care Assistant to join our team at Corinium Care. As a Care Assistant, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to our clients in their own homes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Providing companionship and social support to clients
- Assisting with daily living tasks, such as personal care and medication management
- Preparing nutritious meals and snacks
- Accompanying clients on outings and activities
- Monitoring and reporting any changes in client condition
Requirements:
- Previous experience in care or a related field
- Valid UK driver's license and access to a vehicle
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
