We are a leading provider of complex care in the UK, dedicated to supporting children with complex health needs to live at home with their families.

Job Description

This role involves providing evening care and support to a young boy with Cerebral Palsy and Epilepsy in his family home. The ideal candidate will have a kind and caring nature, flexibility, reliability, and good communication skills.

The position is for up to 25 hours per week, Monday to Friday (15:00pm onwards) and Saturdays. Full training, shadow shifts, and ongoing support will be provided.
