Job Description: As a Dura Composites Product Specialist, you will be responsible for promoting our products and services to new and existing clients. You will work closely with our marketing and technical teams to develop winning proposals, build strong relationships with key stakeholders, and identify new business opportunities. Your primary responsibility will be to drive sales and revenue growth for our company, while maintaining excellent customer service and ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy to achieve revenue growth targets and expand our market share.
  • Bid on new projects and tenders, working closely with our marketing and technical teams to develop winning proposals.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, partners, and industry professionals.
  • Work closely with our internal teams, including operations, engineering, and marketing, to ensure seamless execution of sales activities and project delivery.
  • Monitor and analyse sales performance data, identifying trends and areas for improvement to inform future sales strategies.
  • Travel extensively to visit clients, attend industry events, and participate in trade missions to promote our products and services.
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities through market research, networking, and partnership development.
  • Communicate effectively with colleagues, management, and external parties to ensure alignment and effective collaboration.
  • Contribute to the development and maintenance of our CRM system to ensure accurate tracking of sales interactions and customer information.

Benefits: In addition to a competitive salary ranging from £43,000 to £55,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus potential earnings up to £66,000 per annum through our NPGSBS scheme, taking the total package to around £57,581 - £72,729 per annum, you will enjoy a range of benefits, including full sick pay after 1 year's service, auto-enrolment pension scheme, occupational health services, wellbeing programmes, and quarterly 1-2-1 welfare and performance reviews.
