Job Title: Compliance and Quality Co-Ordinator

At the University of West London, we are seeking an experienced Further Education/HE administrator to join our UKVI Compliance team. As a Compliance and Quality Co-Ordinator, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the university remains compliant with student visa sponsorship duties.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide an overview of UKVI student visa holders and support the Senior UKVI Compliance Officer to ensure the University remains compliant under the UKVI sponsorship license duties.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues across the University departments and undertake various activities required as part of the UKVI procedures and processes for all student immigration categories.
  • Provide general compliance advice and guidance to students and colleagues.
  • Liaise regularly with students and maintain up-to-date records of all student visa holders.
  • Assess and react to any possible UKVI breaches and advise on appropriate measures/actions to be taken to resolve the situation.
Requirements:
  • Experience of student visa compliance and knowledge of current UKVI visa sponsorship regulations.
  • Excellent IT skills, including knowledge of databases and the ability to manipulate different sets of data.
  • Experience of providing excellent customer service in person, by telephone, and via email.
