About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Account Manager to join our team at Marlowe Software, Risk and Compliance. As an Account Manager, you will play a critical role in delivering exceptional client service and ensuring the successful implementation of our compliance solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Client Management
    • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
    • Communicate effectively with clients to ensure their satisfaction and resolve any issues promptly.
  • Compliance Services
    • Oversee the delivery of compliance services to clients, including risk assessments, audits, and training.
    • Ensure that all compliance services are delivered to the highest standards and in accordance with relevant regulations.
  • Business Development
    • Identify opportunities to grow our client base and increase revenue.
    • Develop and implement strategies to attract new clients and retain existing ones.
  • Team Collaboration
    • Work closely with our team of compliance experts to ensure seamless delivery of services.
    • Provide guidance and support to junior team members to help them develop their skills and knowledge.
Requirements
  • Experience
    • Minimum 2 years of experience in a compliance or client services role.
  • Skills
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
    • Knowledge of relevant regulations and compliance standards.
  • Education
    • NEBOSH General Diploma or equivalent.
