Job Summary

AJ FOX COMPLIANCE is seeking a highly skilled Conflict Resolution Specialist to join our team in London. As a key member of our compliance department, you will be responsible for running conflict reports and collaborating with international compliance teams.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct, review, and analyze the results of conflict checks on new matters to ensure accurate and timely reporting.
  • Quality check conflicts of interest reports prior to distribution to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Collaborate with compliance teams to ensure complete conflict searches on potential clients are carried out by evaluating organizational relationships and entering information into the conflicts database.
  • Answer queries related to conflict reports and provide expert guidance to colleagues.
  • Maintain knowledge of firm policies, conflict-checking procedures, and new business intake processes.
  • Analyze data for various colleagues, such as lawyers and secondees, to inform business decisions.
  • Maintain functional knowledge of compliance processes and procedures to ensure seamless operations.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in a compliance or risk management role within a major law firm.
  • Familiarity with SRA and statutory requirements, as well as experience with Intapp.
  • Excellent analytical and organizational skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with colleagues and clients.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
