Position Overview

We are pleased to present a unique opportunity for a Quality and Compliance Coordinator to become a vital part of our team. This role is integral to our mission of enhancing the lives of individuals managing diabetes through innovative solutions that deliver precise data for informed health decisions. Our commitment to transforming glucose monitoring through advanced sensing technology is at the forefront of our operations.

In this position, you will provide essential administrative support to the Quality and Compliance team across the UK and Ireland.

Key Responsibilities

Quality Management:

Conducting quarterly reviews of Quality and Compliance documentation and procedures Managing the Training Matrix and Records for Abbott Diabetes Care employees in the UK and Ireland Maintaining the Approved Supplier List for Abbott Diabetes Care in the UK and Ireland Assisting with the onboarding of Consultants and Suppliers into the eSMF system Supporting the approval process for all marketing and training materials

Contract Administration:

Addressing pricing inquiries from both internal and external stakeholders Preparing and submitting quotations as required Completing and submitting customer-requested documentation, such as new supplier forms Generating and submitting monthly purchase reports as necessary Aiding in the creation of contracts and rebate agreements Assisting with administrative tasks related to Tenders and Bid requests

Compliance Oversight:

Uploading relevant documentation into compliance systems such as ACAS and Contracts Hub Assisting with the processing of business requests, including Professional Services Arrangements and Training Support Providing coverage for the Professional Education & Events Administrator as directed by the Contracts & Compliance Manager, including managing the generic Outlook UK Enquiries inbox

Desired Qualifications

Educational Background

GCSE or A-Level qualifications in Mathematics and English

Professional Experience

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook) Previous experience in contract administration is advantageous but not mandatory Familiarity with Veeva and Contracts Systems is beneficial, though comprehensive training will be provided Experience in a professional setting is essential Strong attention to detail to ensure high-quality outputs subject to customer review Competent numeracy skills for data interpretation in Excel Excellent written and verbal communication skills
