Job Title: Sales Executive - Customer Service Representative

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Sales Executive to join our team in the Contact Centre. As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for taking calls from potential customers, guiding them through our products, and helping them find the right level of healthcare cover for them.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Take calls from potential customers and provide them with information about our products and services.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service and ensure that each caller has a great experience.
  • Upsell and cross-sell our products to customers.
  • Maintain high professional standards at all times and adhere to all regulatory requirements.

Requirements:

  • Previous sales experience in a customer-facing role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets.
  • Strong IT skills and ability to use various systems.
