Job Title: B2B Sales Executive

We are seeking a highly motivated and energetic sales professional to join our dynamic team at Kingdom People. As a B2B Sales Executive, you will work closely with the sales and marketing teams to drive growth and convert inbound inquiries into new business.

About the Role:

This fast-paced role will see you actively sourcing new leads, managing your own client sector, and maintaining a robust sales pipeline. Your key responsibilities will include:

  1. Inbound Sales: Convert inbound inquiries into new business opportunities, ensuring high conversion rates.
  2. Lead Generation: Actively source and identify new sales leads, expanding your client portfolio.
  3. Pipeline Management: Maintain and develop a strong sales pipeline, ensuring consistent performance.
  4. Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing team to align strategies and maximise sales potential.
  5. Target Achievement: Consistently meet and exceed sales targets, driving the company's growth.
What We're Looking For:
  1. Experience: Minimum of 2 years in B2B sales, preferably within service-based industries.
  2. Proven Success: Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets in a competitive environment.
