Supervisor of Patient Experience

The Patient Relations Supervisor plays a critical role in ensuring the highest level of patient satisfaction and quality care at American Hospital Dubai Mea.
The estimated salary for this position is AED 180,000 - 200,000 per annum, depending on experience.
Responsibilities Include:
- Assisting in the daily functioning of the clinic/department in support of patient care.
- Striving to exceed service expectations of customers.
- Ensuring Patient Relation Staff have completed required hospital training programs.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in a supervisory or leadership role in a healthcare setting.
- Strong understanding of patient relations and customer service principles.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
