Patient Experience Lead

**Job Description:**
We are seeking an experienced Healthcare Operations Director to join our team at Kings College Hospital NHS Foundation Trust. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for overseeing services and projects that contribute to improvements in patients' and carers' experiences.

To achieve this vision, we are looking for an experienced leader who can clearly articulate plans and deliver objectives of the patient experience function at King's College Hospital, monitoring and reporting on progress of implementation for areas of responsibility.
The successful candidate will have substantial previous experience of leading a team in a patient experience or customer service in the public or private sector, with evidence of recent role related or continued professional development. They will also have experience of collecting, analysing and presenting highly complex data in a variety of reports and media, including oral presentations suitable for the audience.
We offer a competitive salary of £61,927 - £68,676 per annum, plus a comprehensive benefits package. The successful candidate will be expected to work without supervision in a challenging and busy environment while meeting tight deadlines.
