About the Role:
This is an exciting opportunity to join the Kings College Hospital team as a Customer Service Manager for Healthcare Services. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing services and projects that contribute to improvements in patients' and carers' experiences. The successful candidate will have a master's degree level or equivalent experience, with evidence of recent role-related or continued professional development. You will need to be able to interpret national guidance into local action plans and operating procedures, as well as produce reports and dashboards to a high standard. Additionally, you should be a confident user of MS Office applications and have the ability to work without supervision in a challenging and busy environment while meeting tight deadlines.

The salary for this role is £63,500 per annum, with benefits including a pension scheme and opportunities for career progression. We are looking for a highly skilled individual who is passionate about delivering excellent patient care and improving healthcare services.
