Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Bid Writer to join our team. As a key member of our business development function, you will play a crucial role in creating and reviewing compliant bid responses.
Responsibilities:
- Crafting high-quality bid responses that meet customer expectations and emerging market trends
- Ensuring timely production of documentation in a busy environment
- Enhancing existing content in the bid library and creating new case studies for upcoming projects
- Maintaining company brand standards to ensure all bids reflect our values and ethos
Requirements:
- Proven experience in bid writing within the construction and social housing sector
- Specialized expertise in developing electrical bids
- Demonstrated ability to plan, produce, and deliver compliant bids and proposals in a business environment
- Strong capability to work under tight deadlines, showcasing excellent time management and prioritisation skills
- A collaborative approach with strong relationship-building skills and the confidence to communicate effectively at all levels
Our Benefits:
- An estimated salary range of £42,000 to £45,000 per annum
- 23 days of holiday per year, excluding Bank Holidays
