Recruiter Solutions Business Development Executive

We are seeking an experienced SAAS sales leader to drive sales growth for our School Recruiter product in the education sector.
As a member of our Sales team, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, engaging with potential clients, and presenting the benefits of our solution. You will work closely with our Commercial Leaders to develop strategies and meet sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify new business opportunities and present the benefits of our School Recruiter solution.
- Engage with potential clients to understand their needs and preferences.
- Work closely with our Commercial Leaders to develop sales strategies.
- Meet sales targets and exceed KPIs through various outbound channels.
- Present quotes, proposals, and sales contracts.
- Complete reports and individual sales reports.
