Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced and skilled Catering Operations Manager to join our team. As a key member of the College's catering team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring that all events and functions run smoothly.
Your Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare rooms for catering services, including setting up tables, chairs, and equipment.
- Supervise the daily operations of the Cafeteria and manage staff effectively.
- Co-ordinate meetings and events, including arranging drinks and refreshments.
- Work closely with the Catering Administrator to maintain accurate records and control costs.
