UK Corporate Events Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented UK CORPORATE EVENTS COORDINATOR to join our team in Cambridge. As a UK Corporate Events Coordinator, you will be responsible for coordinating and executing corporate events across the UK and Internationally.
About the RoleYou will have the following key responsibilities:
- Coordinating event logistics, including venue selection, catering, equipment, and travel arrangements.
- Managing event timelines and ensuring that all tasks are completed on time.
- Communicating with stakeholders and attendees to ensure that they are informed and engaged throughout the event.
- Providing support to the event planning team and assisting with event preparation and execution.
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- A significant amount of experience organizing large corporate events simultaneously from commencement to completion in a professional services environment.
- Proficiency in the use of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Outlook.
