Job Summary

  • Conduct high volume outbound sales calls to prospects.
  • Source own leads and use the CRM to contact previous customers/current spenders.
  • Work closely with production to ensure clients' requirements are met.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Conduct thorough fact finds to recommend the right product to suit specific needs.
  2. Understand technical products integral to the success of the role.
  3. Meet daily, weekly, and monthly targets while managing your own accounts and growing your sales pipeline.

Requirements

  • Sales Experience: Previous sales experience is essential (manufacturing or B2B experience is beneficial).
  • Relationship Builder: Enjoy meeting new people, listening to their needs, and delivering the right solution.
  • Goal-Oriented: Driven to hit sales targets and close deals.
  • Organised and Self-Motivated: Manage time effectively, prioritise tasks, and work independently.
  • Good Communicator: Present products and information in a clear, persuasive way.
