Job Summary
- Conduct high volume outbound sales calls to prospects.
- Source own leads and use the CRM to contact previous customers/current spenders.
- Work closely with production to ensure clients' requirements are met.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough fact finds to recommend the right product to suit specific needs.
- Understand technical products integral to the success of the role.
- Meet daily, weekly, and monthly targets while managing your own accounts and growing your sales pipeline.
Requirements
- Sales Experience: Previous sales experience is essential (manufacturing or B2B experience is beneficial).
- Relationship Builder: Enjoy meeting new people, listening to their needs, and delivering the right solution.
- Goal-Oriented: Driven to hit sales targets and close deals.
- Organised and Self-Motivated: Manage time effectively, prioritise tasks, and work independently.
- Good Communicator: Present products and information in a clear, persuasive way.
