About the Role

We are seeking a seasoned Sales Manager/Business Development Manager to lead our team in expanding our presence in the commercial and construction sectors. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, managing relationships with existing customers, and traveling to customer sites to discuss products and negotiate sales.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in selling manufactured products to the construction, industrial, commercial, building, and engineering sectors. You will be confident in your ability to work autonomously, build strong relationships with customers, and drive sales growth through a competitive commission structure.

Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and execute a sales strategy to increase revenue growth
• Identify new business opportunities and build relationships with potential customers
• Manage sales performance and projections
• Travel to customer sites to discuss products and negotiate sales

Required Skills and Qualifications:
• Proven track record in sales and business development
• Strong networking and sales skills
• Experience in business development within the manufacturing industry
• Background in selling manufactured products to the construction, industrial, commercial, building, and engineering sectors
• Full UK Driver's License
