We are seeking a results-driven Sales Manager to lead our sales team in Shrewsbury, UK.
Expected salary: £55,000 - £70,000 per annum, depending on experience.
The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth and improve customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales plans to achieve sales targets and drive revenue growth.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
- Monitor and analyze sales performance data to inform business decisions and improve sales processes.
- Identify new sales opportunities through market research and competitor analysis.
- Train and mentor sales staff to enhance their skills and knowledge.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize sales efforts and improve overall business performance.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Sales Manager or in a similar leadership role.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
- In-depth knowledge of sales strategies and market analysis.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred).
