Revenue Development and Analytics Lead

**Drive Growth and Excellence with Our ForHealth Consulting Team**
As a vital member of our team, you will play a crucial role in developing, managing, and coordinating revenue initiatives within and outside of Massachusetts.
Key Responsibilities:
- Contribute to the development and implementation of statewide and national revenue-generating projects.
- Leverage data analysis to inform project decisions and drive growth.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through innovative research and development.
- Lead project management from start to finish, ensuring timely completion and quality results.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to craft agreements between public entities and our institution.
- Support grant and business proposal development by providing critical reporting and data analysis.
- Develop engaging success stories and merits presentations for staff and clients.
- Design and execute work plans to optimize project efficiency.
- Work closely with subcontractors to obtain necessary databases for various initiatives.
- Track and analyze project budget projections and actual comparisons.
- Support senior associates with forecasting and product pricing strategies.
- Assist in preparing internal budgets for efficient financial planning.
- Train staff on types of reimbursable initiatives.
- Prepare federal claims for reimbursement purposes.
- Maintain open communication with clients regarding project status and respond promptly to their needs.
- Ensure the accuracy and timeliness of all assigned internal and external reports.
- Deliver specialized training to other staff members on specific subject matter.
- Participate in our Continuous Quality Improvement program.
- Perform additional duties as required.
**Salary Range:** $90,000 - $115,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
