Join us as a key player in driving revenue growth and strategic development. In this role, you will assist in the creation, management, and implementation of revenue initiatives across state lines.

Main Responsibilities:

  1. Contribute to the development and execution of revenue-generating projects nationwide.
  2. Analyze and evaluate data to inform project decisions across different regions.
  3. Pursue new business opportunities through innovative research and development.
  4. Manage assigned projects from inception to completion.
  5. Participate in crafting agreements between public entities and our institution.
  6. Provide reporting and data analysis to support grant and business proposals.
  7. Develop compelling success stories and merits presentations for staff and clients.
  8. Research and create work plans to implement projects efficiently.
  9. Collaborate with subcontractors to acquire necessary databases for various initiatives.
  10. Develop and track project budget projections and actual comparisons.
  11. Support senior associates with forecasting and product pricing strategies.
  12. Assist in preparing internal budgets for efficient financial planning.
  13. Train staff across locations on types of reimbursable initiatives.
  14. Prepare federal claims for reimbursement purposes.
  15. Foster open communication with clients regarding project status and respond promptly to their needs.
  16. Oversee preparation of all assigned internal and external reports, ensuring completeness, accuracy, and timeliness.
  17. Deliver specialized training to other staff members on specific subject matter.
  18. Participate in our Continuous Quality Improvement program.
  19. Perform additional duties as required.

**Compensation:** This role comes with an estimated annual salary range of $85,000 - $105,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
