Strategic Revenue Manager

Join us as a key player in driving revenue growth and strategic development. In this role, you will assist in the creation, management, and implementation of revenue initiatives across state lines.
Main Responsibilities:
- Contribute to the development and execution of revenue-generating projects nationwide.
- Analyze and evaluate data to inform project decisions across different regions.
- Pursue new business opportunities through innovative research and development.
- Manage assigned projects from inception to completion.
- Participate in crafting agreements between public entities and our institution.
- Provide reporting and data analysis to support grant and business proposals.
- Develop compelling success stories and merits presentations for staff and clients.
- Research and create work plans to implement projects efficiently.
- Collaborate with subcontractors to acquire necessary databases for various initiatives.
- Develop and track project budget projections and actual comparisons.
- Support senior associates with forecasting and product pricing strategies.
- Assist in preparing internal budgets for efficient financial planning.
- Train staff across locations on types of reimbursable initiatives.
- Prepare federal claims for reimbursement purposes.
- Foster open communication with clients regarding project status and respond promptly to their needs.
- Oversee preparation of all assigned internal and external reports, ensuring completeness, accuracy, and timeliness.
- Deliver specialized training to other staff members on specific subject matter.
- Participate in our Continuous Quality Improvement program.
- Perform additional duties as required.
**Compensation:** This role comes with an estimated annual salary range of $85,000 - $105,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
