About the Role

This role is a key part of our team, aiming to provide services that optimise patient care and ensure efficient use of resources.

Key Responsibilities
  • Contribute to the development, implementation, and delivery of the Trust's strategic and operational objectives.
  • Play a vital role in developing and implementing the Division's clinical and business strategy, service developments, and business plans in line with the Trust's vision, values, and strategic goals.

Requirements
  • Extensive senior management experience with demonstrable track record of success in a complex organisation across the full range of management functions.
  • Evidence of participation in corporate decision making and managing in a complex change environment creating sustained improvements.

The ideal candidate will have first-class interpersonal skills, enabling them to gain and sustain credibility with clinicians and managers. A good understanding of the NHS and key policy issues affecting business performance is essential. Additionally, the ability to prioritise and manage the ongoing work of services and/or projects is crucial.

What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary of £70,000 - £90,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus a comprehensive benefits package. The salary reflects the company overview, job description, and location, providing a fair compensation for the responsibilities involved.
