Sales and Growth Specialist

We are a reputable manufacturing company with over 20 years of experience in providing bespoke products to lucrative industries worldwide.
As a Business Development Executive, you will play a key role in driving sales growth and expanding our customer base.
Responsibilities:
- High volume outbound sales calls to prospects
- Conducting thorough fact finds to ensure product recommendations meet specific needs
- Using CRM systems to contact previous customers/current spenders
- Sourcing own leads
- Understanding technical products integral to success
- Working towards daily, weekly, and monthly targets
- Collaborating with production to meet client requirements
- Managing own accounts and growing sales pipeline
Requirements:
- Sales Experience: Previous sales experience is essential, with manufacturing or B2B experience preferred
- Relationship Builder: Enjoy meeting new people, listening to needs, and delivering solutions
- Goal-Oriented: Driven to hit sales targets and enjoy closing deals
- Organised and Self-Motivated: Manage time effectively, prioritizing tasks, and working independently
- Good Communicator: Present products and information clearly and persuasively
