As a Business Development Executive, you will play a key role in driving sales growth and expanding our customer base.

Responsibilities:

  • High volume outbound sales calls to prospects
  • Conducting thorough fact finds to ensure product recommendations meet specific needs
  • Using CRM systems to contact previous customers/current spenders
  • Sourcing own leads
  • Understanding technical products integral to success
  • Working towards daily, weekly, and monthly targets
  • Collaborating with production to meet client requirements
  • Managing own accounts and growing sales pipeline

Requirements:

  • Sales Experience: Previous sales experience is essential, with manufacturing or B2B experience preferred
  • Relationship Builder: Enjoy meeting new people, listening to needs, and delivering solutions
  • Goal-Oriented: Driven to hit sales targets and enjoy closing deals
  • Organised and Self-Motivated: Manage time effectively, prioritizing tasks, and working independently
  • Good Communicator: Present products and information clearly and persuasively
