Facilities Administrator

We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused Facilities Administrator to join our team at Capstone Property Recruitment. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our clients and stakeholders across the European Estate.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and track property-related requests from local stakeholders, analyzing and resolving issues remotely or escalating to facilities management colleagues or external contractors.
- Log all requests onto the Computer Aided Facilities Management (CAFM) software and provide a unique call reference number to the requester.
- Liaise with Head Office departments, stores, and contractors to ensure smooth and effective business operations.
- Monitor and respond to emails received into the Facilities inbox, reviewing CAFM for out-of-hours jobs and assigning to contractors via the CAFM portal.
- Produce ad-hoc reports for the Facilities Manager and upload/amend asset information as held in the helpdesk database.
Requirements:
- Fluency in French and English is essential.
- Other European language skills may be advantageous.
- An understanding of Facilities Management would be beneficial.
- Proficient with MS Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook).
