Job Description

Role: Facilities Administrator (French Speaking)

Salary: £25,000 - £30,000 + Bonus + Benefits

Capstone Property Recruitment is partnering with a leading International Storage Solutions provider to hire a customer-focused Facilities Administrator to be the first point of contact for all property-related requests across the European Estate, as well as supporting the UK estate.

The Facilities Administrator plays a crucial role in supporting store operations colleagues by handling requests from local stakeholders, analyzing and resolving issues remotely or escalating them to Facilities Management colleagues or external contractors.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Log all requests onto the Computer-Aided Facilities Management (CAFM) software and provide a unique call reference number to the requester.
  • Track all requests from initial contact through to resolution.
  • Liaise with all Head Office Departments, stores, and contractors to ensure the smooth and effective operation of the business.
  • Monitor and respond to emails received into the Facilities inbox.
  • Review CAFM for out-of-hours jobs and assign to contractors via the CAFM portal, including loading estimates, requesting further visits, and following up.
  • Monitor the CAFM helpdesk portal to ensure all requests have been input correctly and actioned.
  • Upload and amend asset information as held in the helpdesk database.
  • Produce ad-hoc reports for the Facilities Manager.

Requirements:

  • Fluency in French and English is essential.
  • Other European language skills may be advantageous.
  • An understanding of Facilities Management would be beneficial.
  • Proficient with MS Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook).
