Job Summary

Capstone Property Recruitment is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Facilities Administrator to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Provide timely and effective responses to customer inquiries and requests, ensuring that all issues are resolved to the customer's satisfaction.
  • Facilities Management: Manage and coordinate facilities-related tasks, including maintenance requests, repairs, and upgrades.
  • Communication: Liaise with internal and external stakeholders, including clients, contractors, and vendors, to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.
  • Problem-Solving: Identify and resolve problems in a timely and efficient manner, using sound judgment and discretion.
  • Reporting: Prepare and submit regular reports to management, highlighting key performance indicators and areas for improvement.
Requirements
  • Language Skills: Fluency in French and English is essential, with other European language skills being advantageous.
  • Customer Service Skills: Strong customer service and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and stakeholders.
  • Organizational Skills: Highly organized and able to prioritize effectively to manage a busy workload.
