Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused Facilities Administrator to join our team at Capstone Property Recruitment. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our clients and stakeholders, ensuring the smooth and effective operation of our business.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service to clients and stakeholders, responding to requests and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Facilities Management: Manage and coordinate facilities-related tasks, including maintenance requests, repairs, and upgrades.
  • Communication: Liaise with internal and external stakeholders, including contractors and suppliers, to ensure effective communication and resolution of issues.
  • Administrative Tasks: Perform administrative tasks, including data entry, reporting, and record-keeping.
  • Problem-Solving: Identify and resolve problems in a proactive and efficient manner, escalating issues to senior management as necessary.
Requirements
  • Language Skills: Fluency in French and English is essential, with other European language skills being advantageous.
  • Customer Service Skills: Strong customer service and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and stakeholders.
