This is a senior-level sales management position that combines sales and business development expertise with a deep understanding of the automotive and off-highway industries. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading a team of Account Managers, developing and executing sales strategies, and driving revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead a high-performing team of Account Managers, providing coaching, feedback, and support to ensure their success.
- Develop and implement sales plans, setting goals and tracking progress.
- Manage sales performance reporting, ensuring accurate and timely data analysis.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with major OEMs, protecting and identifying opportunities for business growth.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and new technologies, sharing knowledge with clients and identifying potential business opportunities.
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- Proven experience in sales management, ideally in the automotive or industrial sectors.
- Strong analytical and numerical skills, with the ability to analyze data and identify business opportunities.
- A deep understanding of the automotive and off-highway industries, including market trends and customer needs.
