Commercial Role

Campari Group is seeking an experienced National Account Manager - Route to Market (Cash and Carry) to join our Commercial team based in London, United Kingdom.

This role offers a unique opportunity to work with a diverse range of customers, develop business opportunities, and drive growth across the Route to Market segment.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain customer relationships to increase business performance, sales opportunities, and profitability.
  • Arrange, implement, and manage joint business plans with specific channel customers to deliver key agreed volume and margin targets.
  • Support line manager with key business tasks aligned to the channel strategy, such as tradeshows.
Key Requirements
  • Solid track record of successful account management and negotiation.
  • Experience working with route to market customers.
  • Good understanding of the Route to Market supply model for Spirits.
  • Ability to tailor plans and target a diverse customer base.
Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary of £45,000 - £60,000 per annum, depending on experience. Our benefits package includes health insurance, pension scheme, and professional development opportunities.
