Site Office Coordinator

We are seeking an experienced Site Office Coordinator to join our team at City & Country Group Plc. This exciting opportunity will see you provide full secretarial and administration support to the Project Manager and site team.
Responsibilities will include:
- Minute Taking: Accurately recording and distributing minutes from site meetings
- Document Control: Maintaining onsite document control processes to ensure all documents are up-to-date and easily accessible
- Filing Systems: Organizing and maintaining filing systems to ensure all site records are easily accessible
- Data Entry: Performing data entry tasks to support the smooth running of the project office
- Refreshments and Refreshment Arrangements: Organizing refreshments for meetings and site events
- Site Instructions: Typing and issuing site instructions as required
- Site Attendance Records: Maintaining site attendance records to ensure accurate records are kept
- Stationery and Consumables: Maintaining site consumables and stationery levels and ensuring restocking is carried out as required
- Plot Files and H&S Files: Compiling site plot files and building H&S files to ensure all necessary documents are easily accessible
- Project Reports: Compiling Project Managers monthly construction reports to ensure accurate records are kept
- Petty Cash: Maintaining petty cash records to ensure accurate accounts are kept
Prior experience in a similar role, preferably within the construction industry, is essential for this position. You will also require excellent communication and organisational skills, as well as a proactive and well-organised approach to work.
