About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Channel Development Lead to join our team at Vallum Associates. In this role, you will be responsible for leading a team of Business Development Managers and driving revenue growth through strategic partnerships.

Key Responsibilities
  • Drive new business acquisition and revenue growth by leading the partnerships channel.
  • Build and develop a high-energy, high-performing sales team.
  • Lead, develop, and inspire a team of Commercial Business Development Managers.

This is a challenging but rewarding opportunity for a sales professional with a proven track record in leadership and channel development. The ideal candidate has a supplier or TPI background and can effectively engage with both internal teams and external clients.
